Services
About Us
Little Seeds Speech Therapy is a pediatric speech therapy service. We specialize in ages 2-13, from late talkers and complex cases to children who have difficulty pronouncing a few specific sounds.
We offer sessions at our office, 5610 Frenchmans Creek Drive, Durham, NC.
For some families, in-home therapy may be a better fit. Sessions may be available in your home, school, daycare, and community spaces in Durham, Cary, and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Please contact us to see if you are within our current range.
Teletherapy is also available for residents of North Carolina and New York.
A Private Pay Model
At this time, Little Seeds is an out-of-network provider.
This allows us to adapt therapy to the specific needs of each child instead of the requirements of insurance companies. It also helps us decrease wait times for services and lets us focus on learning innovative and effective interventions.
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and HSA cards, charged at the end of each session. We are also able to provide a superbill for an additional fee that you can submit to your insurance company. Please check with your provider ahead of time to find out if this is an option for your plan.
Rates and Fees
Initial Evaluation*-$400
Each evaluation includes a complete assessment of your child's communication skills in order to plan appropriate interventions, written report, and review of the results*
Therapy Session- $120
Each 45-minute therapy session at our office includes direct time with your child, reviewing progress, and planning home practice. In-home, daycare, and school visits are $130.
*It may be possible to skip the evaluation if your child has had an evaluation in the past 6 months that contains enough information to plan therapy.
Please contact us for pricing if your child has apraxia or a diagnosis that requires intensive therapy sessions (3 or more times per week.)
NCSEAA-Approved Provider
Little Seeds is an approved provider for the North Carolina Educational Assistance Authority (NCSEAA). Families who are enrolled in the Education Student Accounts (ESA+) Program can pay for services conveniently through ClassWallet.
